To clean the coffee machine place a teaspoon of Cafetto EVO espresso machine cleaner into the handle which houses the blind filter. Open the deliver valve (Coffee/water button) for approximately 10 seconds, then close. Repeat the operation at 20 second interval until the water discharged is running clean.
To clean the filters, filter holders and spouts place 2 teaspoons of the Cafetto Espresso powder into 1 litre of boiling water for approximately 20 minutes. Using gloves clean the equipment after the soaking period has elapsed. Rinse with plenty of water.
